The installation within the Gaggenau Melbourne showroom encapsulates the essence of steam through the intricacies of the crystal and how the light filters through the different facets, intangible and intriguing.

Amidst a backdrop of Christopher Boots lighting and a fully equipped Gaggenau kitchen, accomplished French chef, Romu Oudeyer had the honour of putting the new Gaggenau combi-steam oven through its paces to create an exquisite five-course meal worthy of any Michelin-star restaurant. As he explored his creativity in the Gaggenau kitchen, the precision of the appliances proved unparalleled, allowing complete freedom for Romu to create an epicurean feast that would absolutely delight the senses.
